Bookshelf

Here are some of the books that I have read over the years and found very interesting. These books have influenced my work and teaching.

The Innovator’s Dilemma: The Revolutionary Book that Will Change the Way You Do Business (Collins Business Essentials)

This is a good study on companies that enter a market with new ideas and products, often disrupting imbuement companies. Usefully they get so well established by building rigorous work processes and train their staff to provide the most optimal service – then they can’t adapt themselves to changes and fail. History has so many examples.

Built to Last: Successful Habits of Visionary Companies

BTL is an eye-opening book. This is a book every manager should read. It is about how to build a company for the future. Inspiring book.

Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap… and Others Don’t

This is one of my favorite books. While BTL is about great companies, GTG explains how to rise from being good to becoming excellent.

The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference

This book is a must read for many reasons. It is both very entertaining and every informative. If you want to know how trends happen, here is the explanation.
